a cucumber
half an avocado
a couple of prunes
olive oil

salt

- parsnip 'rice'
grated parsnip, apple cider vinegar, 
handful of soaked and chopped brazil nuts, dulse
carrots 
avocado
red capsicum
cucumber
homemade purple cabbage sauerkraut
freshly sprouted mung beans
