1 tsp slippery elm powder
1 glass of water

mango fennel mint smoothie (see below)
--1 spoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
- 7.53am
1 cup of strong and hot dandelion coffee
blended with
1 spoon of maca
1 spoon of slippery elm powder
