It's hot, I've sweated a lot and worked hard today. Time for liquid
nutrition while I think about preparing something else.

2 bananas
2 cups of water
Heaped spoon of hempseed protein
Frozen lemon pulp I found in freezer leftover from another project,
handy as it doubles as ice for hot day refresho factor.
