400ml Hepburn Springs sparkling mineral water
a handful of organic brazil nuts from FoE, blended together into milk
a banana
moondara organic blueberries
a tsp organic dedicated coconut
it's possible I put a tsp of loving earth coconut oil in it, and then I think that was all the ingredients.
It was really delicious and made an incredible sound with the (b)razil of the sparkling waters.

Blueberry brazil banana hemp pudding

This was based on the recipe/concept of recovery pudding by Brendan Brazier. It was pretty different from his recipe and I can't quite remember what I put in it, but something like...

1/2 cup of water
2 bananas
1/2 frozen organic moondara blueberries from the farmers market
1 tbs hempseed protein
2 mejool dates
tiny lemon juice

Something like pasta

While making this dish I had the distinct desire to only use a knife for preparation. Simplicity and honing my focus into what is happening right in front of me with each ingredient as it entered the conversation. I didn't have a preconceived idea other to make some kind of pasta simulation with the lovely super fresh zucchinis and tomatoes I got from Ceres this morning.
This is the way it went
--
zucchini cut into strips, salted and parsleyed.
-
3 small Roma tomatoes cut into cubes if that term can exist with a tomato
3 tiny purple cloves of garlic
3 or so carrots sliced really thinly into rounds
1 tsp hemp oil
1 tsp brazil nut butter
1 tsp genmai miso
-'sauce' served on 'pasta' with a few soaked and halved almonds

While I was eating this I threw in a couple of kalamata olives and a few pepitas. Would definately have gone down well to add more brazil nut butter but my jar was empty and some olive oil. Anyway I had fun.

White chocolate strawberry cheesecake

Here it is! Everything all together - base, cream filling, raw choc drizzle and fresh strawberries.
--
We enjoyed the cheesecake with a simple banana and coconut cream sorbet (2 frozen bananas, 1/4 can of organic coconut cream and tiny bit of agave). It was really delicious, a great balance of texture, flavour and freshness.

Noah wrote up a list of the key ingredients, see below.
